Support Groups
Our Special Village — the parent community we founded — now meets online every week.
Parenting a child with communication or developmental needs comes with a lot of joy—and a lot of questions. Our Special Village is a free, parent-led community founded by Dr. Taylor Hickok where caregivers share what they’re carrying, swap ideas, and remember they aren’t doing this alone.
The free online support group meets every Thursday, 7:00–8:00 PM, starting September 3, 2026 — cameras optional, nothing to prepare, and it’s never recorded. In-person meetups are coming soon.
Explore the whole village — a parent-built provider directory, plain-English guides, and a live events calendar — at ourspecialvillagetn.com.
