AAC evaluations are $575 and include 2-3 hours of assessment, device trials (if appropriate), caregiver consultation, and a detailed funding report document to support next steps and potential device acquisition.

  • AAC stands for Augmentative and Alternative Communication—tools and strategies used to support children who are nonverbal or have limited verbal speech. This includes picture boards, speech-generating devices, and more.

  • Evaluations combine standardized tools with play-based and caregiver-informed assessments to provide a well-rounded understanding of your child’s communication. Each evaluation is 60 minutes long and includes time to take a thorough history, discuss your concerns, and understand your child as a whole—because your insight is just as important as the assessment itself. You’ll receive a detailed written report highlighting strengths, personalized goals, and clear next steps.
